Thanksgiving

I really wish I had pictures to make my blog a little more exciting but I guess this is what happens when you don't have a camera. Clark and I spent out thanksgiving in Fairview with his family. Unfortunatly I spent the week sick with Strep Throat (3rd time I have had it since September), but once I was on antibiotics it wasn't too bad. Dinner was absolutely great, Clark's Mom did an awesome job. We headed over to Gma W's house later that day to say hello to all the family, Clark enjoyed playing with the little children as usual and I enjoyed chatting with the family. That night all the Robison girls and Clark's older brother went to Ephraim to see New Moon. I thought it was a very good movie and I am excited for the next one to come out. Naturally we spent the rest of our time watching movies, playing the Wii and watching sports. The BYU vs. Utah game was extremely exciting and very even playing field between the two teams. Naturally Clark and I did not say much to each other the entire game because we did not want to start any sort of heated conversation between the two of us. I do not know what I was thinking marrying a Ute Fan :) It was a nice break from school but now we're back in Cedar City and getting ready for finals. Time sure has flew by, next semester I will be a Junior in college...it sounds weird even saying that. After we finish finals (and I am sure we'll both do great) I'm heading home and Clark is heading to Fairview to see if he can work for a week and if not he'll shadow the dentist in Mt. Pleasant. We'll be spending Christmas with my family and we're both very excited :D well I guess that's just about it with us for now.

Update on Life

"The difference between school and life? In school, you're taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson.” It has been a while since I updated everyone on what is going on in our life. When you don't have internet and have to go to campus any time you have to do anything you find yourself not wanting to live in the library so you don't update your blog. Clark is doing well with his classes and he is very busy. He is taking spanish, biology, and O chem and consequently is studying a ton. Spanish is a breeze due to the fact that he speaks fluent portugese. Biology is easy for him due to all the other classes which has taken previously which teach him the same basic thing. O chem however is a different story, as if the class is not difficult enough his professor believes that the students need to teach themselves. On the other hand attendance is required in the class and thus I begin to wonder what he is even teaching in class. The other aspect of the professor which makes things difficult is that when a student comes to him with questions concerning the material he will not help them. Despite all the circumstances Clark is doing well in the class (that is a relative term because who gets an A in O chem?) due to the fact that he is studying constantly. As for me my life is not nearly as exciting. I have decided to major in Physical Education/Coaching emphasis because I am able to finish it before Clark gets into Dental school and I feel that in the long run it is truly what I would like to be doing. Do to my major I live in the PE building, I do not know where any thing else is on campus and what each building is for. My classes consist of intro to dual sports, wellness dynamics, and sports medicine. In my dual sports class I am learning how to play golf, pickleball, racketball, and badmittin so as you can imagine I do not have any homework and it is fairly easy. My wellness dynamics teacher is a complete nut case! She frequently talks about the case study which she participated in where they removed part of he brain...I don't ask. During that class I frequently read or do other things of little importance due to the fact that the class before the test she gives us all the answers. Sports medicine is one of my favorite classes I have ever taken. I love the subject matter and I soak it all up and frequently ask questions. None of my classes require very much homework and I am done at about 11 every day so as you can imagine my day gets pretty boring. I read and watch television, I need a hobby, any suggestions? As for Clark and I as a whole we are doing well. Within our ward we recieved the calling "employment specialist" which is ironic considering neither one of us has a job....self help calling perhaps? We excited to continue on our adventure together.
